Shipping & Returns
Currently we ship to the UK (Excludes Channel Islands) only. Standard Delivery is free for all UK Mainland deliveries, expediated deliveries will have shipping costs calculated on weight.
We aim to process and dispatch your order within 2 working days of order placement. We reserve the right to alter the displayed charges after order completion in the event of an error during order processing. In the event of an error we will contact you and give you the choice of reconfirming your order or cancelling.
Larger items may be delivered on a pallet to the outside of your home, if you are unsure if this is the case with an item please contact us by email before placing the order.
If you wish to return your order you must contact us within 14 days. Goods must be returned (at your own expense) in an unused and unopened condition. We recommend that you return goods with proof of postage as you will be responsible for the goods until we have received them. Once we have received the goods we will refund your purchase price less any expediated postage costs.
For electrical items we always log the serial number prior to dispatch, so please ensure the correct item is returned.
We cannot accept returns for food or medications that have been opened.
